Small and medium business support portal system concept

The concept of a small and medium businesses support portal system was established for the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The network of portals for Russian regions is supposed to be made in addition to the federal portal serving a «hub» function. Interface, navigation similarities and content creation systematization allows the consolidation of information necessary to entrepreneurs across the country on a single site. State supported document libraries, useful articles, guidebooks on administrative procedures and automated document filling services are supposed to be available on the portal.

Within this phase a set of documents was prepared for federal and typic regional portals development. These documents meet the GOST (state standard) requirements on «Requirement Specifications» and «Detailed design» stages.
