Regional portal for small and medium enterprise support

Under the contract with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade we created a «Regional portal for small and medium enterprise support» solution, work on which started in 2007. Functionality and structure of the portal was developed on the basis of analytical documents accepted as requirement specifications by the responsible departments of the Ministry.

At the moment, «Regional portal for small and medium enterprise support» is a typical web solution and a product is ready for deployment.

A model of «Regional portal for small and medium enterprise support»

Besides its internal functionality, the portal provides:

	keeping and publishing a register of enterprise-recipients of governmental support tool (under the Federal Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses in the Russian Federation, Act No. 209);;
	integration into the federal portal system for supporting small and medium-sized businesses option.

While developing the portal solution we used a cross-content technology which is intended for transferring content from central portal to regional ones (for example, news or «Federal Acts» section). There is also a «How to start a business» entrepreneur guide allowing the user to get information about administrative procedures and steps necessary to start their own businesses. All articles on the portal are marked with tags that allow one to dynamically generate test results.
